OTP Bank is honored to announce that the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) approved on 11.04.2022 the candidacy of Bogdan Spuză as Chairman of the Executive Committee - CEO of the Bank.
To be mentioned that at the beginning of this year, the Bank Council appointed Mr. Bogdan Spuză as CEO of the Executive Committee of OTP Bank (subsidiary in Moldova), who was to be approved by the National Bank of Moldova, according to legal regulations.
Just a few weeks after his arrival in Chisinau, the new CEO of OTP Bank in Moldova, already feels fully integrated into the bank's business, knows the economic situation in Moldova, the challenges of the local market and is ready to use all his experience, knowledge and energy to continue the development strategy of the OTP Group for the Moldovan subsidiary.
