You have the green light for energy-efficient investments!

The "FACEM Investiții BGK" program is a strategic initiative developed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, through the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), in partnership with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) in Poland. The main goal is to support sustainable economic development by facilitating access to financing for SMEs on favorable terms for investment projects focused on energy efficiency, energy transition, and adaptation to climate change.

Financing conditions

- Loan currency: MDL, EUR
- Minimum amount: EUR 5,000 (or equivalent in MDL)
- Maximum amount: EUR 375,000 (or equivalent in MDL)
- Fixed interest rate throughout the loan period:

- 5.5% in MDL
- 4.5% in EUR

- Loan origination fee - 0.5% of the loan amount
- Loan term: until 02.2031
- Flexibility in the use of funds: energy-efficient equipment and machinery, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, heat recovery ventilation systems, energy-saving building upgrades, and infrastructure projects that help adapt to climate change.
